Lightweight Rain Poncho or Jacket, large enough to fit over warmer clothing Good walking shoes (i.e. hiking boots) are recommended. Be prepared for your shoes to get muddy! Informal, comfortable, lightweight clothing should (i.e. short and long sleeved shirts, t-shirts, shorts, pants, bathing suit, light jacket or sweater). Towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush Rubber boots (if you are joining a field course) Collapsible Umbrella Bring along all the medication you normally take and hand-carry it in the original prescription container. If you have allergies of any kind, please pack an epi-pen kit and carry it with you at all times during the trip.
NOTE: Please bring essential items only and try to pack as light as possible! In-country flights have very strict weight regulations (20 Kg per person).
